Shipping Policy
Fields of Israel will ship your order to any location in the world, where legally possible.
We try to keep as many items as we can in stock at all times, however, we may occasionally run out and we reserve the right to inform you within 48 hours if the item you have chosen is out of stock and we will notify you as to when the item is expected to be in stock, prior to the order being processed.
We aim to ship your package within 2 days of receiving your order but if this is not possible for any reason we will inform you of the exact delivery time. Please note that we observe the Jewish Shabbat and Holidays and these are not included in the 2 days.
We prefer to ship goods via EMS (Express Mail Service). The expected delivery time is 2 - 3 days from time of shipment, but there are sometimes hold ups for reasons beyond our control. We can provide you with tracking details, so you can track your parcel. The standard overseas delivery charge by EMS is $19.95 however if the order is heavier than usual (more than 3 kilo), we reserve the right to charge you according to the cost of shipping and you will be contacted via phone or e-mail before shipment. If you are not in a rush we will to quote you for registered airmail delivery instead that will be cheaper. Please ask before placing your order. Fields of Israel is not responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be imposed on international orders. This is the sole responsibility of the customer.
We can deliver to Israeli addresses for a delivery charge of $5. Please note that we are obliged by Israeli law to add VAT.
