Who runs this website?

Biblical-gifts.com is owned and run by Fields of Israel Ltd. Fields of Israel is a private Israeli company located in the village of Kerem Maharal in the North of Israel (just 10 minutes South of Haifa near to the coast). Fields of Israel is the largest Israeli producer of dried flowers, fruits and other natural decorations for use in design, creation and decoration. The company has earned a worldwide reputation as a leading exporter in the floral and decorative markets to the wholesale and retail market. Our onsite visitors' and training center was established in 2001 so that we can share our knowledge, experience and expertise. We offer a wide variety of workshops and events for all ages.

We received so many requests from our visitors and individuals overseas who have browsed our wholesale website and wanted us to supply our products either as gifts, or for family celebrations, or for community functions that we decided to put together an infrastructure that will meet this need. We have spent a long time researching the market and putting together a collection of interesting and innovative products, building a top quality, user friendly website and we are committed to your complete satisfaction.

Can I place an order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?
Yes you can using our on-line internet site. Please note that orders are not processed on the eve of the Jewish Sabbath or the Sabbath itself or on the major Jewish Festivals. If you are not sure, please ask.

No. However, we are obliged by Israeli law to add VAT to orders that are shipped within Israel.

How can I pay for my order?

We usually accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We use a secure server for your protection.

We also accept bank transfer, Western Union Transfer and Paypal.

We may choose not to accept your order for any reason without liability to you and if so, we will advise you of this.

Why is the amount that appears on my credit card bill slightly different to the price on the order confirmation?

Please note that since we are based in Israel, by law we must conduct business and receive all payments in our local currency, the New Israeli Shekel (NIS). For your convenience prices appear on our web site in US dollars. All credit transactions are charged in NIS at the Israeli government rate of exchange on the date of the transaction. The exchange rate that you are charged by your credit card company, may vary slightly either higher or lower, due to subsequent changes in the exchange rate on the day that they charge your credit card.

How long does it take to receive the merchandise I ordered?
Unless, you receive and e-mail from us stating otherwise, you should expect your merchandise within 5-10 days from the time when your order was placed.

How long does it take to receive an item that is out of stock?

We try to keep as many items as we can in stock at all times, however, we do occasionally run out and we reserve the right to inform you within 48 hours (usually 24 hours) if the item you have chosen is out of stock and when we expect it to become available. If you cannot wait, you will be able to cancel the order.

What is a special order?

Some of our products are made to order by the artist. We will make every effort to obtain these as soon as possible. We state in the product description the usual time it takes for us to obtain each specific product.

No - we prefer to use our on-line shop as a virtual catalogue, so we can continue to be innovative and add new products all the time.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned to us within thirty days of your purchase, postage prepaid, for a refund. The original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we have sent you the wrong items or it is damaged on arrival.
It is recommended that you take out insurance as we are unable to refund costs if the item goes missing.
